TechKnowCo offers easy, stress-free virtual support sessions designed for seniors, small businesses, and anyone who just wants their devices to work the way they should. From email clean-ups to password management, Wi-Fi troubleshooting to app setup, I guide you step by step over a secure remote connection (or through a video call, if you’d prefer). No confusing tech jargon — just clear instructions and patient support. What you can expect: Convenient help from anywhere Secure remote access when needed One-on-one guidance tailored to your comfort level Quick fixes for simple issues, or in-depth sessions for bigger problems Whether it’s learning something new, solving an annoying tech issue, or getting your digital life organized, TechKnowCo makes technology less frustrating and more useful. Virtual sessions are available by appointment — simple, safe, and pressure-free. If the appointment runs over an hour, $25 will be added per hour. Depending on the time and amount of support there maybe had, there may be additional charges. A deposit will be requested once the time is established.
Cancellation Policy
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a fee of $25. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
