Service Description
Our Device Setup Service is designed to get your new equipment, whether it's a printer, computer, or television, up and running efficiently in about an hour. Our skilled technicians will handle everything from unboxing and assembly to configuration and testing, ensuring your device is ready for immediate use. Save time and eliminate hassle with our professional setup assistance. Additional fees will apply for extensive projects, i.e., large PowerPoint presentations or email cleanup. If all three hours are not used and our consultation is under 2 hours, a discount of 25 dollars will be applied. If more time is needed, there will be an extra fee of $10 per hour. This business is based in Hampton, Va, and we are willing to travel within a 50-mile radius to be included in the price of the consultation. If you would like us to travel further than 50 miles, fees will apply depending on how far we would have to travel. These fees will be based on the mileage and amount of time that is taken and will be included in your invoice when you set up your appointment. All extra fees will be included in your final payment when the consultation has finished (but will be discussed along the way). We accept all credit/debit cards. Cashapp and AfterPay.
Cancellation Policy
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a fee of $25. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
