Service Description
TechKnowCo offers in-person technology support designed to be patient, practical, and easy to understand. Whether you need help setting up a new device, troubleshooting an issue, or learning how to better use your technology, we come to you and work at your pace. Base Home Visit Fee: $75 This includes travel to your home within the standard service area and up to 60 minutes of hands-on tech support. During your visit, we focus on solving issues, answering questions, and helping you feel confident using your technology. Some visits may require additional time or specialized support. Any additional fees are discussed before work begins, so there are no surprises. TechKnowCo believes technology should work for you, not stress you out. Cancellation Policy
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a fee of $25. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
