This 3-hour in-home consultation is perfect for customers who want friendly, expert support with their personal devices — from smartphones and tablets to laptops, printers, smart TVs, and more. We come to you and work side-by-side to troubleshoot, set up, or simply make your technology easier to use. What’s Included: * Up to 3 hours of in-person tech help at your home * Support with setup, troubleshooting, basic training, and digital organization * Guidance on apps, settings, password storage, email cleanup, and more * Time to ask questions, learn at your own pace, and take notes Fees & Policies: * Base Rate: Includes up to 3 hours of service * Short Session Discount: If the session ends under 3 hours, you’ll receive a $20 discount * Need More Time? Additional time is available at $10 per hour * Project Surcharge: Large or complex projects like extensive PowerPoint presentations or video editing may incur additional fees (discussed beforehand) **Travel Info:** TechKnowCo LLC is based in Hampton, VA. Travel within **50 miles** is included in the consultation price. If you're located farther out, don’t worry — we’re happy to come to you! Cancellation Policy
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a fee of $25. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
