Service Description
TechKnowCo offers personalized tutoring for grade school students, specializing in computer skills, homework help, and project guidance. Whether your child needs support understanding digital tools, completing assignments, or staying ahead in school, we provide patient, engaging, and age-appropriate instruction either online or in person. Helping students grow in confidence, one click and concept at a time. This service can be had online or in person through a Zoom call. Additional Time 30 additional minutes: $35 60 additional minutes: $65 Possible Additional Fees Extensive or multi-device work: $25 to $50 Travel outside standard service area: $10 to $30 Same day or urgent visits: $25
Cancellation Policy
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a fee of $25. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
