Our group classes are tailored to meet the needs of your audience. We focus on practical, easy-to-understand lessons based on what your group wants to learn most — whether that's email basics, online safety, file management, social media, or custom topics upon request. What’s Included: * A 60–90 minute engaging group session at your location * Hands-on demonstrations and Q&A time * Printed handouts or digital guides (as needed) * A supportive, pressure-free learning environment that meets all levels * Class size flexibility — from small groups to larger community events **Booking & Fees:** * A **deposit is required** at the time of booking to reserve your date and prepare your custom class * Full pricing depends on group size, class topic, and location * Materials and take-home resources may be included or available for an extra fee **Travel Info:** Based in **Hampton, VA**, we travel up to **50 miles** at no extra charge. Need us farther out? We’re happy to go the distance — travel fees will apply based on mileage and time, and will be clearly discussed before booking. Cancellation Policy
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a fee of $25. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
